📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks using espresso machines, drip coffee makers, and other brewing equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning coffee machines and equipment.
• Take and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service, including addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
• Restock coffee beans, milk, and other supplies as needed.
• Assist in maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• Follow health and safety protocols, including proper handling of coffee equipment and cleaning procedures.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Certification in coffee brewing or barista training is a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 lbs.
