📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement investment promotion strategies to attract foreign and domestic investments.
• Coordinate investment activities and manage relationships with potential investors.
• Foster partnerships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, business associations, and international organizations.
• Ensure compliance with provincial and national investment regulations and policies.
• Monitor and evaluate investment performance, providing regular reports to the Head of Regional Investment.
• Represent the provincial government at investment promotion events and conferences.
• Collaborate with various departments to create an enabling environment for businesses to thrive.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in investment promotion and economic development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in investment promotion, economic development, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully attracting and managing investments in a regional or provincial context.
• Strong understanding of provincial and national investment regulations and policies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with investment promotion software and tools, such as CRM systems and GIS platforms.
