This role is crucial in supporting our Talent Acquisition efforts and helping us build a strong and diverse workforce. The ideal candidate will have a passion for human resources and a desire to help our company grow and succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.,Maintain and update job descriptions and requirements.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.,Support the Talent Acquisition team in achieving recruitment goals.,Assist in the development and maintenance of the company's applicant tracking system.,Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related roles.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
