As a Digital Business Development & Partnership Intern, you'll dive into the world of Shariah-compliant financial products, working closely with the Digital Business Development team to create and implement strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. You'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools and technologies, such as Salesforce, Google Analytics, and various digital marketing platforms, to enhance our online presence and customer engagement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collaborate with the Digital Business Development team to develop and implement strategic pricing strategies for Shariah-compliant financial products.
• Assist in the creation and management of digital marketing campaigns, leveraging platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the digital finance sector.
• Support the development and optimization of our website and mobile app, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Assist in the management of our social media presence, creating engaging content and monitoring engagement metrics.
• Participate in the planning and execution of events, workshops, and webinars to promote our financial products and services.
• Provide administrative support to the Digital Business Development team, including data entry, document management, and scheduling.
• Contribute to the development of internal reports and presentations, highlighting key insights and recommendations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a digital marketing or business development role, preferably in the finance industry.
• Proficient in using Salesforce, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
• Strong understanding of Shariah principles and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and industry trends.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English is a plus.
