📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Process payroll and benefits administration using SAP and other HR software.
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes, including candidate screening and offer letter preparation.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR projects and initiatives.
• Maintain and update HR documentation and reports.
• Handle administrative tasks such as office supplies, meeting arrangements, and travel coordination.
• Support the HR team in organizing training sessions and workshops.
• Assist in the management of employee relations and conflict resolution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR administration or a related role.
• Familiarity with HR software such as SAP, BambooHR, or Workday.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work well in a team and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
