Hokian Oka Restaurant is looking for a dedicated Learning Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee performance and knowledge.,Identify training needs and design appropriate learning solutions.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on new processes and tools.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers and employees to understand their learning needs and provide solutions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and presentations.,Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Proficiency in using training software and tools, such as LMS platforms.,Familiarity with Indonesian workplace culture and practices.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
