📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the General Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company.,Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.,Lead and mentor the management team to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.,Monitor financial performance and ensure compliance with budgetary targets.,Coordinate with external stakeholders including suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies.,Ensure health and safety standards are met and maintained across all operations.,Foster a positive and inclusive company culture that promotes teamwork and innovation.,Represent the company in meetings and events as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role within a mining or related industry.,Strong understanding of operational and financial management principles.,Proven track record of leading teams and driving organizational success.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of mining regulations and safety standards is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
