📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to staff members, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Maintain and update our IT systems and software.,Monitor network performance and ensure the security of our IT infrastructure.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Train staff members on the use of our IT systems and software.,Document IT processes and procedures for future reference.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.,Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the smooth operation of our systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with network protocols and security measures.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Indonesian language skills are a plus.
