📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in managing daily store operations and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Oversee inventory management and ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Train and supervise staff to maintain high service standards.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.
  • Assist in preparing and organizing store layouts and displays.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Participate in store meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the restaurant industry.
  • Proven ability to manage and supervise a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and sales strategies.
  • Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Proficient in using basic office software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
