📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage inventory levels using SAP ERP and other warehouse management software.
- Coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Train and mentor junior staff on warehouse procedures and best practices.
- Collaborate with the logistics and procurement teams to improve supply chain efficiency.
- Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols.
- Generate and analyze reports on inventory turnover and stock levels.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.
- Proven experience with SAP ERP or similar warehouse management software.
- Certification in Warehouse Management (e.g., CWMS, CWI) is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with food and beverage industry standards and regulations.
