📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations, including staff scheduling and performance monitoring.,Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the store.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Assist in inventory management and ordering.,Support marketing initiatives and promotions to drive sales.,Maintain accurate sales records and reports.,Assist in training and developing new staff members.,Participate in store improvement projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality or retail industry.,Proven track record of customer service and operational management.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Basic knowledge of inventory management and sales reporting.,Familiarity with POS systems and other relevant software.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects occasionally.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
