📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection.,Conduct initial interviews and screen candidates to ensure they meet the job requirements.,Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and advertisements.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide support to the recruitment team during peak recruitment periods.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
