Byte Life Ekspansindo is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior Sales Assistant & Cashier to join our team in Indramayu, Jawa Barat. As a Junior Sales Assistant & Cashier, you will be responsible for assisting in sales transactions, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with sales transactions, including processing payments and providing change.,Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues they may have.,Maintain a clean and organized cashier area, including restocking products and ensuring all equipment is in working order.,Assist in stock management by counting inventory, updating stock levels, and ordering new products as needed.,Promote products and services to customers, both in-store and through social media platforms.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.,Learn and understand the company's products and services to provide accurate information to customers.,Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 6 months of experience in a retail or customer service environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
