📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and facilitate engaging activities for children aged 3-12 years old, ensuring their safety and enjoyment.
• Organize and supervise games, crafts, and other educational activities tailored to the interests and developmental stages of the children.
• Assist in the preparation and serving of meals to the children, ensuring they are healthy and appealing.
• Maintain a clean and organized Kids Club area, including toys, equipment, and common spaces.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including first aid procedures.
• Collaborate with the resort's team to ensure seamless integration of Kids Club activities with other resort events and programs.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing the needs and concerns of children and their parents.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on resort policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a resort or hotel environment.
• Certification in First Aid or CPR is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and their parents.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Enthusiasm for working with children and a passion for creating memorable experiences.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid ID and the ability to pass a background check.
