📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize inventory processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is available for customer orders.,Collaborate with the sales and purchasing teams to ensure timely replenishment of inventory.,Implement inventory control systems and procedures to minimize errors and losses.,Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.,Train and mentor junior inventory staff on inventory management best practices.,Analyze inventory data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and procedures.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Experience with ERP or inventory management software is a plus.
