Legal & Compliance Officer - Ensuring Regulatory Adherence at Astrido Finance

As a Legal & Compliance Officer in Jakarta Pusat, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our operations adhere to all relevant laws and regulations. This role is crucial in maintaining the company's integrity, mitigating legal risks, and fostering a culture of compliance.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all legal and compliance matters, ensuring that Astrido Finance operates within the bounds of the law. You will work closely with the management team to provide legal advice, draft contracts, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. This position requires a deep understanding of Indonesian laws, particularly those related to finance and business operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and ensure compliance with all Indonesian laws and financial regulations relevant to Astrido Finance's operations.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to the management team on regulatory matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Monitor and report on legal and compliance risks, ensuring proactive mitigation strategies are in place.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of the company's legal and compliance processes.
• Stay updated with changes in legal and regulatory landscape, and ensure the company's policies and procedures are up-to-date.
• Represent Astrido Finance in legal matters, including negotiations, litigations, and other legal proceedings.
• Ensure all employees are aware of and comply with the company's legal and compliance policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal and compliance roles, preferably in the finance or fintech industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian laws, particularly those related to finance and business operations.
• Certification as a Notary Public or Legal Consultant (Konsultan Hukum) is a plus.
• Proficient in using legal software such as LexisNexis, Westlaw, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex legal and regulatory issues.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
