📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.,Coordinate with various departments to meet operational goals.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).,Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures.,Manage inventory and supply chain to ensure optimal stock levels.,Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement.,Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues.,Work closely with the management team to drive operational excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
