📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and prepare job descriptions and specifications.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.,Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other recruitment software.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian is a plus.
