PT Sri Inti is seeking a talented and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and be able to work independently and collaboratively to support the company's growth and success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding new employees,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees,Handle employee relations issues and conflicts,Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth operations,Assist in the development of training programs for employees,Stay updated on HR trends and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with recruitment and selection processes,Experience in managing employee relations and conflict resolution
