📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain the company's brand identity, including logos, color schemes, and typography.,Create visually appealing marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and social media graphics.,Design and develop digital assets, including website graphics, email templates, and infographics.,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create compelling visual content for campaigns and promotions.,Ensure all design work meets the highest standards of quality and adheres to brand guidelines.,Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, and incorporate them into our design process.,Manage and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop their skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a proven track record of creating successful designs.,Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.,Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and styles.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.,Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Familiarity with print and digital design principles, including color theory, typography, and layout.
