📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's values and goals.
  • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure we attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage employee relations and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
  • Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop training and development programs for employees.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support data-driven decision making.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using HR software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
