PT Tani Bintang is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Store Admin to join our team in Belawan. As a Senior Store Admin, you will play a crucial role in managing our store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities, and contributing to the overall success of our business. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory, sales, and customer service.,Ensure that all store procedures and policies are followed and implemented effectively.,Monitor and maintain store inventory levels, and ensure accurate and up-to-date records are kept.,Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues, providing excellent customer service.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and efficient store operations.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff to ensure high standards of performance and customer service.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and maintained in the store.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the retail or administrative field.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and sales operations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with retail management software and systems is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
