📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage a team of accountants, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality financial reporting.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to optimize financial processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, providing strategic financial advice to senior management.
• Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Conduct financial audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement.

• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in accounting and finance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software, including QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
