📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the monthly close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
• Coordinate with regional offices to ensure consistent and compliant financial reporting across all entities.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present monthly financial reports to the management team.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Provide training and support to finance team members on financial reporting tools and processes.
• Collaborate with the IT department to maintain and optimize financial reporting systems.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance financial reporting efficiency and accuracy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial reporting and intercompany coordination.
• Proven experience with SAP and Oracle financial reporting systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
