📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage high-rise construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Utilize project management software such as Procore, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project to manage schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to maintain project integrity.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, including progress updates, financial summaries, and risk assessments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-rise construction project management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing high-rise construction projects.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction laws and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
